This page explains what happens to the information you give on this website. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you send anything.
This site is operated by Mohamed Sinif, trading as Founder OS, based in New Jersey, United States. You can reach him at mohamedsinifbusinessinquiries@gmail.com.
If you complete the form to request a Founder Diagnostic, you provide:
The site also records standard technical information that any website receives, including your approximate location, browser type, the page you arrived from, and how you moved through this site.
Your details are used to contact you about the diagnostic call you asked for, to prepare for that call, and to follow up about working together. Your answers are read before the call so the time is not spent on questions you have already answered.
Your information is not sold. It is not rented. It is not added to a list you did not ask to join, and it is not passed to any other business to market to you.
This site uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These tell Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, that someone visited this page or completed the form. That is how it is possible to measure which posts and adverts led to enquiries, and to show adverts to people who have visited.
Where information is shared with Meta for this purpose, contact details are hashed first, which means they are converted into a string of characters rather than sent in a readable form. Meta's own handling of that data is governed by Meta's terms and privacy policy, not by this one.
You can limit this in your own Meta account settings, and most browsers allow you to block these tools entirely.
By submitting the form, you are asking to be contacted. That contact may come by email, by phone call, by SMS or by WhatsApp, using the details you provided, and it will come from Mohamed or someone working directly with him.
This is not a marketing list and there is no automated sequence. If you would rather not be contacted again, reply and say so, or email the address above, and it stops.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as there is an active conversation, and afterwards for up to twenty four months so that a previous conversation can be picked up again. You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner.
Enquiries are stored in software operated on Mohamed's behalf by Smart Lead Solutions, hosted in the United States. Access is limited to Mohamed and the people directly supporting this work.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address above and it will be handled. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including under the GDPR in the United Kingdom and the European Union, or under state privacy laws in the United States.
This site is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. Information is not knowingly collected from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
